Each caravan shell is crafted from 6 fibreglass panels which are clamped together to ensure a tight structural fit, every joint is then fibreglassed by hand, bonding the panels into a one-piece shell with no weak points or seams for water to penetrate.
This method is regarded as the most effective way to prevent leaks and maintain long-term structural integrity.
